The Maximum Industries manufacturing facility floor in Irving, Texas
About Maximum Industries · Irving, Texas

Three decades.
One standard.

Since 1996, Maximum Industries has built precision components for the programs where a part that is almost right is no part at all. Waterjet, laser, milling, turning, and 5-axis machining — all under one 44,000 sq ft roof in Irving, Texas.

01Our Story

A shop built to say yes to the hard parts.

Maximum Industries opened in Irving, Texas in 1996 as a piece-part production and contract manufacturing shop. The premise was simple: take on the work that needed more than one process, and keep all of it in-house.

That meant adding capability instead of adding vendors. Waterjet and laser cutting for near-net shapes. Vertical milling and turning for the features that follow. Laser marking, routing, and a NAS 412 assembly lab so parts leave finished rather than half-done.

Today the focus is aerospace and defense — aircraft structures, space launch hardware, and unmanned systems — with 5-axis machining of titanium, stainless, and nickel-based super-alloys alongside the thermoplastics the shop has cut since day one. Quality runs to AS9100D and ISO 9001, with CMMC compliance for controlled program work.

Maximum Industries is part of the Maximum Precision Group, a family of American precision manufacturers joined in [YEAR — TBC]. The group widened the bench. The standard on the floor did not move.

02What We Stand On

The equipment changes. The standard doesn't.

Machines get replaced every few years. How we treat a print, a tolerance, and a customer is the part that stays fixed.

/ 01

Disciplined Execution

Mission-critical work rewards process, not heroics. Repeatable setups, documented inspection, and parts that perform when failure is not an option.

/ 02

Single-Source Accountability

Cut, mill, turn, mark, and assemble under one roof. One PO, one point of contact, one company answerable for the result — not a chain of vendors pointing at each other.

/ 03

Aerospace-Grade Quality

AS9100D and ISO 9001 systems, CMMC compliance, a NAS 412 assembly lab, and model-based definition capability for the primes that work that way.

Straight Answers

If a drawing fights the machine, we say so before we quote it. Design-for-manufacturing support is on site, so problems surface early instead of at first article.
