5-Axis Waterjet Cutting

Cutting up to 96″ × 144″ × 36″ at 90,000 PSI to slice through the thickest materials. Four-inch titanium cuts like butter, with no heat-affected zone anywhere on the part.

Four fiber systems from 1,000 to 10,000 watts and up to 60″ × 156″, making quick work of plate up to 1″ thick. Dual shuttles keep the beam cutting while the next sheet loads.

Milling, Turning & Routing

Large 3-axis vertical milling up to 70″ × 165″ × 35″ with a CAT 50 spindle and 50 HP, taking parts up to 15,000 lbs. Mill-turn to 28″ diameter by 89″ long, plus routing for thermoplastics and aluminum.

From thermoplastics to super-alloys, we can cut, mill, and turn almost any material. Inconel, Hastelloy, Ti-6AL-4V, MP35N, or Rene 77 are no match for our 90K PSI waterjets or our 50 HP CAT 50 spindles.
