5-Axis Waterjet Cutting
Cutting up to 96″ × 144″ × 36″ at 90,000 PSI to slice through the thickest materials. Four-inch titanium cuts like butter, with no heat-affected zone anywhere on the part.
Laser Cutting
Four fiber systems from 1,000 to 10,000 watts and up to 60″ × 156″, making quick work of plate up to 1″ thick. Dual shuttles keep the beam cutting while the next sheet loads.
Milling, Turning & Routing
Large 3-axis vertical milling up to 70″ × 165″ × 35″ with a CAT 50 spindle and 50 HP, taking parts up to 15,000 lbs. Mill-turn to 28″ diameter by 89″ long, plus routing for thermoplastics and aluminum.
5-Axis Machining
Titanium, stainless steel, and super-alloys for parts up to 1,100 lbs and 30″ in height. An aerospace-specific capability that holds complex geometry in one setup, with exceptional surface finish.
